This Privacy Policy explains how ViShift Pro ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit buyvishiftpro.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and message when you contact us, and your order number when you request support.
- Order information: when you buy, our checkout and we collect your name, email, phone and US shipping address to process and deliver your order. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on its secure payment page; we never see or store your full card number — we only receive the card brand, last four digits and expiry date for our records. - Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Live chat: when you use the chat on this Site, we save the conversation and any name, phone number or email you choose to share, so our team can follow up. Chat messages are answered by an AI assistant provided by OpenAI, which processes the messages to generate replies. Please don’t share payment card details in chat.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and fulfil orders, including shipping, returns and refunds.
- To operate, maintain and improve the Site.
- To measure the performance of our advertising, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and fulfil orders (such as payment processors, shipping carriers and email providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. To pre-select your country and phone code at checkout, your IP address is checked with an IP location service (ipinfo.io, or country.is as a backup); only your country is used and you can change it.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act and other U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. The Site uses SSL/TLS encryption. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
